Head of bowl and neck are fumed, which means the color will change as you use it, giving it a unique and better appearance after use. If you look closely at the picture of the neck, you can see the airway is surrounded by a thick portion of glass (5mm) and within that glass is the swirl design. This is called an inside out design and very hard to do. Another cool thing is that the passageway in the neck will change color, while the thick glass surrounding it will remain the same. This will further improve the look of the pipe after you smoke out of it. As you can tell, a lot of details have gone into this pipe, that you simply cannot see from the pictures or you may overlook.
